Ola, Turtle Bay’s Restaurant on the Beach

Ola in Hawaiian refers to life, health, and well-being. Located at the Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu’s Fabled North Shore, Ola serves up contemporary cuisine on the edge of Kuilima Cove. It’s Turtle Bay’s restaurant on the beach.

Why not start off with a refreshing plantation iced tea?

The Hummus Trio features roasted pepper, pomegranate & kabocha, and macadamia nut feta.

The macadamia nut feta was my favorite of the three.

A pair of ahi (tuna) tacos with a soft tortilla. These were more of an appetizer than an entree.

The gorgonzola burger with bacon was a pleasant surprise. The saltiness of the blue cheese won’t be for everyone, but for me, it was fantastic. Of course, nothing better to enjoy with a burger than a side of crispy fries. This burger made the 1-hour drive to Ola worth it.
